Module One
Your perfect week…
Welcome to “Your Perfect Week”! In this module, we will be learning about how to create an ideal week for ourselves, incorporating all of the things we love and making time for the things that make us happy.
- We will start with introductions so that we can get to know each other and learn a little bit about everyone’s past professional roles and something that always makes them happy to think about.
- Afterward, we will go over the outline and expectations for the course, as well as the calendar and how to access materials.
- Finally, we will spend some time discussing homework- creating a list of at least 20 things for each like & dislike and describing the perfect week (money & physics are magic).
Module Two
Clarity and Situational Awareness…
Are you ready for a change? Module 2 is all about clarity and situational awareness. In this session, we’ll discuss your past, present, and future, and how they’ve shaped who you are today.
By the end of this session, you will have created a list of at least:
- 20 events that have happened in your life and how they’ve shaped who you are today
- 20 reasons why it’s time for a change in your career
- 10 things you don’t want anymore and 10 things you want more of
Best of all, you’ll begin working on your 3-year bucket list.
Module Three
Discovering success…
Most of us want to be successful in life, but what does that really mean? And how do we achieve it?
Join us for an enlightening discussion on what it takes to be successful in life, both personally and professionally.
We’ll talk about why we want the things we want, and how to measure our success against our own unique set of standards.
You’ll also have a chance to sort out your values and figure out what’s most important to you.
Come away from this session with a better understanding of what it means to be successful, and how you can make it happen for yourself.
Module Four
your purpose…
Your heroes are the ones who inspire you to be the best version of yourself. They are the people you look up to and admire for their strength, courage, and determination.
And while you may not yet know exactly what your purpose in life is, you can begin to create a purpose statement by thinking about what it is that you admire about your heroes.
- What is it that makes them so special to you?
- What qualities do they possess that you would like to emulate?
Once you have a good understanding of what it is that you admire about them, you can start to formulate a purpose statement of your own.
Module Five
your dream job…
Your dream job is all about finding the right fit for you. We’ll explore your current job description and see how it aligns with your skills and interests. We’ll also identify the gaps and look at ways to fill them.
This session is perfect for anyone who feels stuck in their current role or is uncertain about what the next career move should look like.
By the end of this session, you’ll have a better idea of what you want (and don’t want) in a job, and you’ll be one step closer to finding your dream job.
Module Six
Everything in your way…
Are you feeling stuck in your current situation? Do you have a dream job that seems out of reach? If so, this session is for you.
- We’ll be discussing ways to overcome the obstacles that are holding you back from achieving your dream job.
- We’ll also talk about the importance of giving voice to your concerns and reflecting on why you want your dream job.
This session will provide the tools and motivation you need to finally make your dream job a reality.
Module Seven
Are your beliefs true…
It’s time to find out with Session 6 – Are your beliefs true?
In this session, we’ll review the perfect job and see if it really is as perfect as you think.
- We’ll also explore all the reasons you can’t get there today, and see if they’re really true.
- Finally, we’ll look at the impact you can have in your dream job, and see if that’s really important to you.

Module Eight
Where do you find support…
This session is all about finding the right support in your life to help you achieve your goals.
- We’ll explore different types of support and how they can help you, including material assets, assets from other people, and assets from your skills, education, and experience.
- We’ll also talk about what lives inside you that can never be taken away – your unique attributes and superpowers!
This module will help you identify your personal effectiveness checklist so that you can put your superpowers to work for you.
Module Nine
chunking your plan and setting goals…
You know you want to achieve great things, but sometimes it feels like an uphill battle just to get started. That’s where Session 8 comes in.
- This powerful tool helps you chunk your plan down into manageable steps so you can make real progress toward your goals.
Session 8 is more than just a goal-setting tool – it’s a roadmap to success.
Module Ten
Sustaining the energy…
In this session, we’ll be exploring how to maintain our energy levels so that we can stay focused and motivated toward achieving our goals.
- First, we’ll talk about what we’re willing to tolerate in our lives. Do people or things control us, or do we control how we deal with them? How do we react when things don’t go our way? It’s important to remember that we always have a choice in how we respond to the world around us.
- Next, we’ll discuss healthy outlets for when we’re feeling frustrated, angry, or stuck. What do we do to prioritize ourselves and take care of our emotional needs? Everyone deserves to treat themselves occasionally, so be sure to schedule some time for self-care!
Lastly, we’ll create a plan for sustaining our energy levels going forward. This may include setting aside time each week for relaxation and reflection, being mindful of our physical health, and surrounding ourselves with positive people and environments.
