Our Story

Meet Jonathan and Alisha

Jonathan and Alisha met in college, got married, and had two daughters. Over the next two decades, they worked hard and achieved a lot of success in their corporate and government positions. With good paychecks and a nice house in the suburbs of Denver, they were successful by most people's standards, but they felt like something was missing. In 2019 they decided it was time to redefine and reprioritize almost everything about the life they had created. In 2020, they sold their home, put most of their belongings in storage, donated everything else, left their stable jobs and set out on an epic RV adventure across the US with their two teens and animals. During their year-long adventure, they discovered their core values, redefined their beliefs about what's most important, and learned how to truly connect with each other in a much deeper way. Through this transformation, they found a new home in an area they had never even heard of and now they live a slower, more intentional life. They also both chose a new career path and are now dedicated to helping other people navigate their careers and relationships. Together, as Exploring Changes™, they help people achieve their own versions of personal and professional success, freedom and happiness.
